Centurion Tours are working in association with Downside School to provide coach transportation from various locations to the School.

Upcoming school transport schedules can be found below. Further dates and times will be added when the information becomes available. Please note all times and dates are subject to change.

INFORMATION

*The price, time and pickup point will be confirmed when you book e.g. if a pickup point is not available then you will not be able to book it.

Finding your coach at London Heathrow - Terminal 3 Caffè Nero located Near Arrivals • Outside Security - Level 0 • Check-in and arrivals. A member of staff from Downside will be waiting outside the cafe to collect your child. For a map showing the location of the Caffè Nero store, please follow the link by clicking HERE

 
For flights arriving at Terminal 5, please advise your child to use the free shuttle train to travel from Terminal 5 to Terminal 3. A member of staff will be waiting at the Caffè Nero store (a link can be found above).

Please note the above are private coach services for pupils of Downside School only. All bookings made are a personal arrangement/contract of engagement between you as the parent or guardian, and Centurion Tours Limited, not with Downside School.

Arrival times -

London Heathrow Terminal 5 approx. 3 hours from booked pick up time
London Heathrow Terminal 3 approx. 3.5 hours from booked pick up time
Old Deer Park approx. 4 hours from booked pick up time
Bath Spa Station approx. 45 minutes from booked pick up time

Please be aware that all arrival times are estimated and dependant on the coach departing Downside School at the planned departure time and dependant on traffic on route. All flight departure times should be 3.5 hours after the estimated coach arrival time at the airport to allow for luggage collection, arrival at the terminal and potential delays.

Downside School Responsibility Statement
The school remains in loco parentis and responsible for the pupils until they are collected by parents, guardians or parent-arranged transport. Pupils arriving or leaving on foot are the responsibility of the school until they leave the premises when parents assume responsibility. Pupils travelling on the school organised coach to/from Bath, Richmond Deer Park or Heathrow will remain under the care of school staff whilst on the coach. Parents and/or guardians assume responsibility for the pupils when they are not on the school coach, this includes the time waiting for the coach or after they have disembarked from the coach.
